Part of our promise is the availability of service, maintenance and support, as we believe that minimum downtime will maximise throughput and productivity. We have customer  Service Level Agreements in place and adhere to stringent processes to ensure these are met.

In addition to various e-solutions like e- mobile which uses the latest cell phone technology and insures 24/7 availability, we employ over 1,000 personnel and operate out of over 95 Service Centres throughout South Africa and neighbouring countries. Our large footprint enables us to deliver hardware and software maintenance and support as well as project management services to a large number of corporate customers with specific focus on the retail, financial, insurance, industrial, government and SOE sectors.

Our Service Centres include the 6 major centres of Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Pretoria, and Bloemfontein.  Our support capabilities extend beyond our borders into a number of African countries - Lesotho and Swaziland and in conjunction with our associates in the BT Group, Botswana and Namibia
